Grizzly Man is a documentary completely composed of the video journals of Timothy Treadmill, a Bear Grylls-wannabe who wanted to live among his favorite animal: the wild grizzly bear. Though it seems slow at first, it’s an interesting take on Treadmill’s character, and what it takes to abandon the world. Werner Herzog offers a unique view into the tamed vs. the untamed world, and how the faulty human psyche led to Treadmill’s untimely death.
