#6 Go on Morning Runs/Walks

Taking morning walks and runs truly sets your mood for the entire day. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t have my life together enough to do this every day. I’ve woken up at noon multiple times this quarantine, but believe me when I say the days I wake up early and spend time outside are the better days. It’s a great routine to add to your quarantine schedule.
