Selam Belete (Sophomore)

Selam Belete loves organization and planning events. She channels her love for organization and event planning when she works in the Student Council. 

“I like the people in student council,” Belete said. “Student council is fun and well organized. We got to have an event at lunch today and it was really nice. I love planning stuff like that.”

Along with student council, Belete is on the worship team at her church, plays the viola at school, and loves to go rock climbing. Belete loves to work and talk with others.

“I just like keeping myself busy,” Belete said. “I feel like if I keep myself busy I feel better about myself. I also love meeting new people and talking. I love interacting with others and getting things done.”
